Does it matter anymore? It's not going to change that game. It happened, it's over.

All tiger fans are going to say he didn't cheat, because why would they want to think someone leading the team they love would do something so stupid?

All Cardinal fans are going to say he cheated because it makes the tigers look like fools.

Personally, yeah, I think it's obvious he intentionally had something on his hand. Did it look like dirt?.. No, it looked sticky, and shiny. Dirt isn't sticky and shiny. Mud isn't sticky and shiny. Mud is just unpleasant and usually has more of a grey tone to it. And what was on his hand clearly did not.

Everyone's going to form their own opinions on what they think is right. Mine is that Kenny Rogers knew what he was doing when he went out to the mound with gunk on his hand. Pine tar or not, it shouldn't have been there.

I doubt it pondering as quickly as they asked him to bathe off the alleged substance, the St Louis Cardinals could no longer hit him, in simple terms the the different twenty third consecutive innings wherein no-one has been waiting to attain a run off him in this positioned up-season. So any substance or question of cheating became basically picked up for the time of one innings of 23 innings and that i dont think of Mr Kenny Rogers needed it as he has prepare he can sing with the baseball and dance throughout maximum suitable hitters in the league. So look on the data and and substance became bumped off and didnt result his overall performance. It St Louis who looks like they could could cheat to get returned in this Seires? i will see that from Australia mate

the only person that cheated was tim mccarver and joe buck. they doctored that picture to create a diversion due to low ratings.
they felt that by making up a story to make kenny look bad they would make themselves look good. i dont think 100 plastic surgeons could make those 2 look good.

Yes he did. He told the media that he washed the substance off on his own and was not told by the umpires. Well, according to the umps, he WAS told by them to wash it off. That right there is proof that he lied and cheated.

Not anymore than anyone else does. Pitchers take any advantage that they can. Remember Gaylord Perry - he threw a "spitter" all throughout his Hall of Fame career.

Yeah, he pulled a Gaylord Perry... but got away with it because LaRussa and Leyland are buddies...

he really didnt because he used tar to get a better grip on the ball which in the end made his gaming better, and beside there is nothing in a rule book that say he cannot use it, because if u think about it back in the day pitchers use to grab sand in there hand and use the remaining of it in there hand to grip the ball better

I don't know, but it's a little suspicious. They've had the same issue in the past with him too, right? I would say yes, but after he cleaned his hand, he still did well, so I'm torn.

Naw. It probably was just dirt. Look at it this way: when he had the "stuff" on his hand, he allowed 1 hit. After he washed it off, he sat down 17 consecutive batters. So even if it was intentional "stuff" there, it didn't make any difference, he did better after he washed it off!
