I read on an old post about Flav, that VH1 owns it,, and allowed the taping of the show to be there. He's not that eccentric, just another formated "reality" show. I doubt it, but factually can't tell you.

It used to be a degree hooked up. Flavor Flav isn't wealthy. He has 7 children and are not able to have the funds for to maintain all of them, so that is why he indicators himself up for lame fact TV suggests, like Surreal Life!!

No. I read in Entertainment Weekly that it is not his house. He just bought a house in LA. That house on the show is just where they film it - like on the Bachelor and those other reality shows where they just film in mansions.

I heard that it wasn't his, that he rented it out for the show but I'm not sure how accurate it is.
