This year i'm going as indiana jones. Its warm because it requires pants, a long sleeve shirt, jacket and hat, and its not too outlandish, you might even find you can wear the costume pieces on a day to day basis. The fedora, which isnt that crazy, is probably the most outlandish thing in the costume. Also, it will be very comfortable and easy to march in, you dont want some crazy flowing costume messing up your performance!

Hippie will be the best and probably most comfortable for marching. You can get a big hippie coat and stay warm as well while staying within your themed costume.

To be different you can do a gothic witch outfit. Buy a long sleeve under armor shirt and a trench coat. Then just wear heavy heavy black make up.
