Yes. I'd confront them. With the front bumper of my car. lol, no jk jk. Would I confront them? It depends on if you mean they're 'friends from work' or 'friends' that are at work. Most people can agree that the people we work with, while we call them friends, are often acquaintances that we happen to spend a lot of time with since we're with them 6-10 hours a day. So if they were just every day acquaintances of mine, I'd be iffy on confronting them. If I didn't do it right there and then when they were talking about me, I'd probably just leave it alone and give them the cold shoulder. Now if they were 'real friends' of mine and talking bad about me at work, I'd sure as hell confront them in the most mature way I could. I'd hate to think that my actual friends would be yapping about me behind my back at work. That's the kind of thing that's best left for phone when in the privacy of your own home lol.

It depends...if you know the whole story and it bothers you, then why not??? Let them know you are aware of the issue and since they are so quick to complain about it maybe they can say it to your face. Remember to talk to them AFTER work in a calm conversation.

Not immediately. Maybe later--a few days or a week or so, if it was convient and I was talking to one alone, maybe ask what was being said. Good luck.

yeah, but make sure you know they were talking about you. know the facts before opening your mouth. remember, if they will gossip about other people to you, then they will gossip to others about you. choose your friends wisely....
