If you are trying hard to work for it so you can get it.

It depends on how you look at it and on how you understand this saying.

"If you want something bad enough you can get it" doesn't mean that if you want something you can simply get it just like that. No. It implies that if you want something bad enough, you are willing to work hard for that thing. So it actually means that whishing for something bad enough motivates you to work for it and consequently succeed, because wanting is not enough unless it's accompanied by struggling - the visible proof of your desire.

That is not necessarily true. Our goals and expectations must be achievable to be realized. That is not to say that we should not set the bar high but any thing we desire must be achievable otherwise we set up ourselves for failure.

With that little caveat I will say yes if you want something bad enough you will get it. It is all a matter of applying ourselves.

Unless you keep bugging, the person may get annoyed and not get/give you the thing. Just ask once every week or so, and I'm sure the person will think it over and probably give it to you. If it's love, sorry, you can never get the right love from the right person ALL the time. It's a 50/50 thing.

no. Just because you want something bad enough doesn't mean you'll get it. Some of the things we want are impossible to have.

Um... I'm 4 foot 11 and I want to be 7 feet tall, but no matter how badly I want it, I probably won't be 7 feet tall... okay, sure I could get stilts or something but that's beside the point.
P.S. I don't want to be 7 feet tall! :-)

If its something that you can actually persue, and its a reality, then I believe you can get it. But ask yourself, once I get it, will it have been worth the struggle, and for how long will I want to continue it?

Yes. If you want something you usually will go out of your way to get it. For example if you want money you could work overtime or sell something.
