I would leave the guy alone.Your poor friend would be angry and sad if the guy she was after started hanging out with you.Don't risk your friendship and let your friend get the guy this time.However,if your friend is the one always getting the guys and you liked the guy first do what you feel is right.

I know its hard but I would let your friend have him. There are plenty of other guys out there. And if you ended up going out eith him, you might as well say bye to your friend. It will just cause problems that you dont need.

First tell your friend that you have feelings for that boy. Ask her if that's ok. If it is got for it. If he likes you too make sure that it's ok with your friend then go out with him. Good luck. =)
