No I don't think so, i believe you have to be laid off or on strike and in some cases fired.

Yes! apply for the unemployment benefits,cause during the moving you have quit the job.So if you are moving to Minnesota than file your application in Minnesota state.

No. The only way to get unemployment is to be fired or let go, i.e. lose your job not of your own free will.

I think it is only if your spouse had to move to another job himself and you were forced to quit to move along with your family because he makes more money than you.

If you just up and quit and decided..HEY I rather leave here...Than no!

Probably not. Moving is considered voluntary, not a separation situation like a layoff

I think you can only get unemployment if you were laid off, I just went through that, I know it sucks, sorry.
