Can you please tell me what percent correct you would have?
617 total parts, 567 correct
and
148 total parts, 129 correct

When i divide the 567 by the 617 i get .9189627
and when i divide the 129 by 148 i get .8716216
am i doing it wrong? lol... gosh i hate math

Your answers are correct, only you have to express them as percents.
567 / 617 = 0.91896 = 91.896 % or approx 91.9 %
129 / 148 = 0.87162 = 87.162 % or approx 87.2 %
Have more confidence in yourself. You were doing good, just missing the last step.

you just divide the smaller number by the bigger number. so the first one would be 567/617 and same with the other problem. I dont know the exact answers but move the decimal place two digits to the right to get your percent

then multiply by 100 which is 91.89% or 92%

you are not doing the percetage part. multiply the result you got by 100 and you would have your percentages.
