So this is a great question, clearly there's a lot you can do to live longer [you've heard them all ... exercise, lose weight, dont smoke..]. But interestingly they say the best predictor is the health of your teeth and mouth. Try looking into it on the real age website, not trying to plug it my girlfriend is just obsessed with it. I think they give you a calculator to determine your real biologic age and predicted life span.

Ummmm....well I think maybe until I'm about 86. THat gives me 39 more years. CHild will be grown, grandchildren will be mostly grown. Yep, sounds good to me.
Yes I think we can influence how old we get to be. DO all the healthy things, think positive, and look both ways before you cross the street.

I would like to live till I am 90yr or older. I want to see my kids grow and acheive all that they want I want to see my grandchildren great grandchildren etc. BUT I know I am not the one that can determine that...
Yeshua does promise if your obient and live the way your suppose to he promises you 80+ yrs so thats what I am hoping.
I think if you eat properly (no pork, not alot of meat) don't drink,no drugs,no smoking get excersie etc you have a good chance of living longer.

I think I will get to live to a ripe old age.
I don't smoke, I exercise, I am vegetarian, I am female... All in my favor.
My grandparents all lived to their 90's... Their minds went long before their bodies...
So... I think I've got pretty good odds....
Unless I get hit by a bus tomorrow... then, well.... I was wrong!
