I think its pretty werid that you wear ladies silk underwear...and the best way to get rid of the itch is just stop wearing them!!! Just go back to normal!!

Get yourself some nice cotton M&S knickers, and you're balls shouldn't itch so much.

You just might be allergic to silk. Try another soft material, like viscose and see how that goes.
