I think he is a lot better than Joe Buck and Tim McCarver. Magglio Ordonez' HR call was so enthusiastic and like what announcer should be like in the postseason. Joe Buck only shows enthusiastic if the Cardinals score.

Never been big on Buck but i think McCarver is good. Brenneman is great. He will be in Cincinnati next year to do Reds games

Joe Buck and Jack Buck (joes dad and probably the best announcer ever, him or carey) were cardinals announcers since they began, mccarver was a catcher for the cards, its hard not to be bias against your favorite team, they are good announcers, joe buck knows more than any other announcer but i agree hes not very enthusiactic, as a fan you should be enthusiastic enough when your team does something good not them

Agreed. Joe Buck just pimps his St Louis Cards. He's the Midwest version of a Yankee fan.

agreed, but i think Buck and McCarver was fan of others teams b/c they showed enthuasism when their favorite team scores
