I have a 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4 with slack in the steering.?

All the steering joints are tight. The problem is inside the box itself. Can this be adjusted out or disassemled and rebuilt or does it require replacement? Can't quite imagine that I will find a new one in Costa Rica. Thank you.

can be rebuilt if you can find the parts.if not ship in a new one.
