I'm training as a running back and i need drills to help me. I can already run defense all over but i want to improve in some spots so i need some advice. I'm short and white so I've got all the stereotypes against me so i really want to show people what I got.

there are alot of short running backs in the NFL considering 5'11 is short. But they all have one thing in common SPEED and AGILITY. For that burst of speed to hit the hole do some power squats. If you have access use the weight down sled for that power and speed. The ladder is a good exercise for footwork. Upper body workouts are essential as well, you need to hold on to the ball. Also jumprope is an excellent exercise for footwork and conditioning. You need to be at the top of your game in the 4th quarter if you really want to show people what your made of.
