They would both look good, but I think you would look better in Royal Blue.

I think u should go with the dark blue i have long dark hair to and a light tan and blue always look good on me.

Go for the navy blue. It goes good with tan skin and usually looks good on everyone. Red tends to bring out the red in your face and any blemishes, pimples or zits. So I'd stay away from red.

Dark blue will ALWAYS work for your skin tone, although there are a lot of colors that will work as well.

I think red would be a good sexy look, but you could wera navy blue too....but i would definitely suggest wearing red!!
