i think you should wear red boots depending on the kind of boots they are with a plaid mini- skirt tha has the color red in it. the reason i suggest this is because plaid can be cute and classy and the style never fades. if u get ur read booots with a read plaid skirt and a red, black or white shirt it would look adorable. and some curl to the end of your hair and you'll be set && ready to go. usually a red plaid skirt will incorporate more than just the color red. so i hope u have funn.

Wear anything that's red! Or you can wear the boots with a white top and jeans. Red, white, and blue! If it's Val Day, wear the boots with some white and pink! : )

White long sleeved top, with lots of necklaces, dark jeans tucked into the boots, and a red clutch handbag!! I JUST saw this outfit in People so you KNOW it's cute. Also, for a finishing touch you could add a belt over the white top, make sure the top is longer length though. Good luck!!

If the boots a knee legnth I would wear them with a black pencil skirt (not shiny it looks tacky) with a red shirt.
If that doesn't make you happy, wear it with a mini skirt (jean or black) and a black shirt with a red waist belt. Don't wear too much jewlery. A few rings and a necklace should be fine.

well according to the height of the boots, you could wear skinny jeans.a black or blue pair of jeans with a top that would match or be accentuated by the boots.. the bag does not have to match completely but should be in the same colour pallet. with the right accessories those shoe will be a hit.
