I WAS MARRIED AT 18 HAVE RAISED 4 CHILDREN,ANDLOST MY HUSBAND ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO.SOMETIMES IT SEEMS ALMOST LIKE IT HAPPENED YESTERDAY.

All i can say is how sorry i am for your loss! Is there anything that you are interested in, something that you have always wanted to do, but never had a chance? Go do it! Get your mind on something to make you smile again. Get involved with friends.

I suppose that your children can give you the most help by just being there for you.
Please consider (if you haven't already) getting involved with a singles group at your church. You need other people who have gone through the same thing. It will happen to all of us, who are married someday.
