If its for live streaming anime from the sites themselves. Then, the only thing i would think of is toonamijetstream and Adult Swim's weekday fix link. I do agree that hearing youtube as an answer can be quite annoying.
If not just live stream anime. Then there are sites that host anime via bittorrent. sites like animeyume.org has this covered.

try an xanga blogring. type in anime in the blogring searchbar and millions of people probably have anime stuff.
