Has anyone trekked in the Himalayas? If so how can i arrange it, e.g. where to stay, routes, costs etc?

Me and a friend want to trek in the himalayas next year in summer but i dont really know much about it. Are there any cheap places to stay or routes that i should know about, for between 2-3 weeks.

Probably best to go with an organised group if its your first time. A colleague went with a company called The Adventure Company and had a great time

Use a reputable company - I heard that White Peak Expeditions were really good. Try looking them up on a search engine & you should find their contact details.

Dont go its too bloody hilly
