try purples or browns. They can bring out blue eyes too. Put the lighter eye shader color all along your eyelid up to the brow and then a darker shade just on the lid. It adds depth (and the light shade should be very light... not too noticeable) and then use a thin line under your eye. A makeup artist taught me that trip. It works really well.

Try maybe using grey eyeliner or Avon carries these new metalic colors and the blue is so pretty , and stay with the black mascara but go with a soft plum eye shadow on your lower lid and then in the corner and in the crease of your eye use a deeper plum.Go a little up on the top of your eye but save some space to use a highliter of a cream color along the top of your eye brow line. These colors really make the blue eyes shine!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a Mary Kay consultant and would LOVE to send you some free samples that show you HOW to apply your shadow and will send colors that make blue eyes really pop! You should ONLY wear blues that are deeper than your own blue eye color and sparingly. I suggest medium to dark brown in the crease with a very frosty cream/beige for above the brown bone and the inner corner of your lower lid. A deep cranberry in the crease and outer corner works wonderful with a pale shimmer (not quite white) above the brow bone and in the lower inner corner. Go to my personal website and you can look at some virtual make overs that will show you examples of what I've said. I would KEEP the black mascara but switch up from time to time with a really deep dark chocolate liner like our sable. Good luck.

For starters get rid of the blue make up! Check your eyes closely for hints of other colors. Do you have any green or brown flecks at all? Play with either of those colors if you do. Stick to brown or dark grey mascara as the color won't drown out your blue eyes as black tends to do sometimes. Try using neutral tones on the lids, such as peach or pink. Also try blending different shadows for a more subtle look. If you are totally stumped go to any major department store for some advice or go to a beauty college because they are cheap and they LOVE to try new things.

To really make your eyes pretty, you should use very neutral shades of sand, champagne, palest pinks and a brown or brown/black mascara. Don't use the eyeliner, it may be too much. Your best bet would be to go to a department store and have the Clinique or Este Lauder representatives there do it for you. It is usually free. Be sure to get one who is younger so they don't try to put so much heavy make up on you.

The more natural makeup looks, the better IMO. I'd try brown eyeliner and brown mascara--especially if you have light colored hair. I would throw away the blue eye makeup--it's not natural at all--looks like you have a bruise on your eye. Stick with colors that are naturally found on healthy people.

I think by putting blue eye make up will take away the effect of your blue eyes. Why not try brown mascara and a way to experiment would be to use different coloured eye shadows instead.

well the main things in makeup are like mascara, eyeliner, lipgloss, and eyeshadow. these are the things that you wear when you doont want to dress up too much. put on mascara. wait 5 mins. then put it on again. it'll be thicker. and your green eyes will stand out. eyeliner. do not put too much, you'll look weird. put a thin amount on the inside of your eye if you know what im talking about. only a thin noticable layer. if you want to put eyeshadow then try a naturalishh color like shades of brown or violet. lipglogg. dont put too much. it'll look overflowingishh odd. just dab a little,, but make sure its noticable. i hoped i helped!

*takes deep breath* well, scince our eyes are large i would sujest trying to really make them pop use these steps to give you large smokey bambi eyes:
*put on a thin layer of black eyeliner, getting thicker at the ends
*put on mascara
*put another thin layer of eyeliner on, this time very near the lashes, kind of smudgeing it in
*from the out side corner to the inside getting thinner put a layer of black eyeshodow on (don;t cover the whold eye)
*do the same again with a slightly lighter shade, but firther up and in
*take a faint shimmer and place right below your eyebrows, and almost in the tear duct to give your eyes the appearance of being even larger than they are
*take the same shimmer and put it on the very center of your eye, as the last layer
*look in the mirror and see the new you!
if this doesn;t work google "smokey eyes" in either pictures (to see what it SHOULD look like) or normally to see how its done by an expert.
Hope this helped!

I would put black eyeliner on the top of my eyelash, then put a thin line of light purple right above the black eyeliner. Then put a DARK purple in the crease of your eyelid- (I put the eyeshadow stick in the crease of my eye and OPEN my eye and rub the color along the shape of my eye.) Then put a very light (something close to your skin color or a VERY light pink) on the top, up to your eyebrows. Then take a clean brush and blend.
Good luck
