Flapping(flat tire)
the radio or sound system
whoooosh
Ticking
Passengers talking or making other noises.
and I have never heard wallycabustingo

Hers's my best though: The "thud" of a cat running in front of my car and running in front of a pick-up trunk going in the opposite direction in the other lane when the truck hit it. Not a pretty sound as the cat found out the hard way.

It isn't so much the noises as it is the voices. The voices drive me crazy sometimes!
