just get up and do something even if you do not want to. force is the only thing to do. set goals. get a piece of paper write out the next 5 days and then under each day write 5 things that you must get done and do them. cross them off when they are done. Do not put things down you normally do. For example if you do the dishes everyday that will not count but if you do not do the laundry in the house then do that.
do not go out to eat for meals but go to the store get eaSY TO DO MEALS LIKE SPAGETTI AND MAKE YOUR OWN MEALS (Just an example)

Getting a dog and walking or running it. Then have some kids and take care of them. First one's easier and probably more fun and cheaper. Also try dating... takes up soooo much time and energy.

keeping a pet. they keep u on ur toes all the time.

but i'd vote for starvation. i know it works. u r hungry and there is no food, u just work like crazy.
