No one throws up during their period! You only throw up when you are pregnant with morning sickness. Well, you might get cramps which are painful stomach aches when you have your period. Periods are very natural part of being a girl. You might want to talk to your mother about your period. She can give you more advice!

You really shouldn't worry about throwing up; that's not a normal side effect of having your period. Headaches, backaches, cramps, moodiness, bloating, etc... are. Some women who suffer from migraines might find that their periods affect them and sometimes migraines cause nausea, but if you don't suffer from them, throwing up really shouldn't be a concern. You might even be one of the lucky ones who has very few side effects at all (I've only had cramps once or twice in 22 years and, believe me, I know how lucky I am!)

You might feel some soreness or cramping *down there*, but I don't think you should throw up. That's mostly at the beginning of pregnancy. Hormone fluctuations that are happening during thie time may cause anything to happen though... Don't worry about it-- and congratulations :-)

First of all: CONGRADULATIONS!! Yeah!!! Your "MoonBlood" (that's what we call it in our family) is such a celebration of womanhood!!
Throwing up is not usually a side effect. You may be nervous if you are doing that. You may cramp alittle today and tomorrow, ask your Mama for a Midol or Tylenol (just one will do it.).......but I'm not a doctor, so ask your Mama!! You may bleed for about 4 days or so. Everyone is different! Just remember this is good!!

No not usually....if you have or feel like you're going to it's probably just your nerves. Usually cramps come with your period in your lower stomach and back which can be cured with some midol or aleve. I take naproxin brand of aleve to help with mine..it seems to help. don't worry...it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It's just one of the wonderful perks of being a woman

I got it when I was 11. scarry stuff. You might be throwing up because you are about to get a bad headache or migraine. You might see flashes fo light or fuzzy things. You can get medicine for the migraines. The headaches might come everytime you get your period. Be well.
