Practise..practise...practise...this cannnot be overstated oh and when you have time and wanna have some good ball control try juggling its fun and helps in being able to get a feel for the touches taht require little contact and those taht you want to balst at your opponent...i enjoy juggling and also find taht its a good warm up...and last but not least you should practise in a a somewhat confined area gives you a better perspective of when your gonna be playing in real life situation cuz thats the time you need the most control...all the best

Join the track team. Lift weights. Watch the game on TV. If you are a lineman, consider wrestling, which teaches skills on leverage.

lots of running and water is what the body needs to be in shape for when the season comes around. Your lungs need to be in shape to keep up with the pace. Oh ya did i say run.
