In Monty Python's In Search of the Holy Grail, when the terrible monster in the cave turns out to be a white rabbit, that turns into a killer rabbit when approached by a knight.

Older movie called "All of Me", Steve Martin is fighting outwardly with the spirit of Lilly Tomlin which is inside of him, while he's on the busy New York sidewalk outside of his prestigious law office building. Also, I have to say the "hair" scene in "There's Something About Mary" - I about died!

At the moment it has to be in Ice Age 2, when Scrat tries to pole vault over a gap to get to his acorn and misses. Or when he cuts himself out of the ice and has his head stuck in a kind of ice collar.
This is only because I watched Ice Age 2 this afternoon with my kids, so it's still fresh in my head.

The karaoke scene in My Name Is Kim Samsoon, when they're all clearly well p***ed and unable to control their bodies to dance or sing properly, and Jin Hun dances with his tie wrapped around his head and the long bit between his teeth. It has to be seen to be believed - the outtakes are pants-wettingly funny too.

In "When Harry Met Sally", when Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal were eating at the deli and "Sally" went into a psuedo-orgasm after he asked her if girls sometimes fake them.
It was classic! And then when Crystal's mom (in real life) said "I'll have whatever she's having". Priceless.
