runescape is definitely the best. its an mmorpg so u can interact with other people, and their are many features of the game such as quests, combat and skills. however, its a long-term goal-oriented game, so if ur just looking for some idle playing, then its not worth it. some others are KalOnline (which is partially in some asian language, so it could be hard to play) illumia rpg (very basic) and adventure quest.

Well theres not many that are no downloads but let me think adventure quest at www.battleon.com and runescape at www.runescape.com those are the only ones i can think of right now
