yes u really need 2 u dont want ur hair getting on peoples food its sick ,if i ever figure out that where im eating & the chieffs dont have hair nets i wouldnt bother 2 eat there @all

Your question is garbled and doesn't make much sense. You have to use punctuation between sections of sentences, or between separate sentences/thoughts, as I've used here. Also, the title line is just for a title... Like "Hairnets & Restaurant Work"... and then include your actual question in the body of the text. To answer the question, if I'm even understanding it, the rules to hairnets/hats tends to vary by state I believe. But, where I worked a few years ago, the state requirement was that we had our hair either in a tight pony tail and wear a hat (like a baseball cap.. my company provided it, with their logo displayed) with all your hair totally collected either in the pony tail or under the hat, or a hairnet with all your hair in it.

If you work around public food.. absolutely....
You have to put all the back hair in, you can leave your bangs out, but the rest have to go in the hair net

If you have short hair, sometimes depending on the company, you can use a hat, as long as none of your hair, except your bangs, is out of the hat

Ur question is kinda confusing. and if ur asking if u have to put all your hair in a hairnet, YES.

your question does not make alot of since! But it all depends on the place and county you work in actually and their requirements 'but if you are cooking you should you don't want your hair in peoples food gross

if you work in the food service insudstry it is reccomended and/or required to put long hair in a net for sanitary purposes
