Does anyone know any dance schools or clases that teaches Salsa dancing in middlesex (harrow, wembley, hatch end, pinner, northolt etc) or in watford.

I think it is a good exercise if you want to lose weight and very sensual. I hope you have a good looking teacher because that would help you to enjoy the dance instead of the pain.

No sorry, but I love dancing salsa! Its easy if you just let your body(hips) move to the music!!
