I work at a big company but a small back office

They will only hire a female receptionist, only a woman is to answer or cover the phones, when receptionist is on break or vacation. We get weekly groceries to feed the office for the week, it gets delivered, the woman are the only ones to put the groceries away and after the men lare done eating unch in the kitchen, which 99.9 % of the time the woman dont eat the food or sit in the kitchen for lunch. We Are required to clean up after the men are done eating and clean the kitchen and start dishwasher.

If you feel that you've been harmed because you have been treated differently because of your gender and has affected a term or condition of your employment, you can file a discrimination complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The EEOC will attempt to help you resolve the dispute & after, if unsuccessful, will give you a right-to-sue letter.

If that's what you were hired to do then do it. The way I see it, I'm hired to do whatever task I'm told to perform as long as it's part of the job description for the position I was hired for and am getting paid to do.

Maybe if you get a female judge. But why make a case out of it? For one, you're getting paid to do whatever you do. And if you really don't like it , find a new job. Maybe..... you should not clean the kitchen??? If they fire you for it, then maybe make a case out of it.

I dont know if its sexual discrimination or not but I would be mad if I was expected to clean up after everyone else. Have you tried talking to your office manager about it?

Probably if you can afford to hire a lawyer to prosecute it. Can you speak with human resources about it? Is it listed in your job description?
