It was running fine and then one night when driving home it just shut off and i havent gotten it to start since, it tries to start when i try to turn it over and it sounds normal(no metal or grinding or anything abnormal).
there is no gas coming from the fuel injector, we unhooked the gas line to the injector and the gas is getting pumped to the injector and the fuel pump kicks on fine.
We also looked at the spark plugs and they get no spark we i try to turn it over.
We also checked all the fuses and they were fine.
My friend was lookin for a fuel reset switch but we cant seem to find it on the 88 celebrity, looked all in the trunk but couldnt find it.
Thanks for any help.

Chevys are notorious for their ICM's burning out. You can pick one up at the parts store for about $12-$15 and install it pretty easily. Goes in the distributor. No need to remove anything but the cap and rotor and then you will see it in the bottom of the distributor. Some have phillips others socket, but whatever, just remove the two small screws, the harness, put the dielectric gel on, plug the harness back in and secure with the screws. Put rotor in, cap on and you should be all set. Make sure you don't alter the wire configuation on the cap. They have to be in proper order!!!!! You can tell if you have fuel at the filter but at the injector the lines are factory pressed and you can't tell just looking. I would think you haven't got a fuel problem because you have no spark. The spark is associated with the ICM and a very common problem with Chevy! Don't be messing with those fuel lines any way because they are under extremely high pressure and you can get seriously injured if you don't know what you are doing!!!

Try checking the Crankshaft Positioning Sensor/Module/Coil to include the fuel pressure regulator before you go to the computer's quad driver

When it dies out check Spark/Injector Pulse/Fuel Pressure

Check the Fuel Pressure regulator.

If you are not getting spark then it is an ignition problem. Just getting gas to the injector is not always enough. You need 60 psi, even 40 is not enough.

Could be fuel pump, and that car does not have one of those inertia switches. Rule all else out before you put the pump in.

I'LL SAY, IT'S NOT A FORD!!!
IF YOU GOT FUEL PRESURE,WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO RESET THE FUEL PUMP???
PUT A NEW ECM IN IT SO YOU SELL THAT OLD PIECE OF CRAP. THE ECM IS THE ONLY DEVICE THAT CONTROLS THE SPARK AS WELL AS THE INJECTOR PULSE IF THE FUEL PUMP WAS BAD YOU WOULD STILL HAVE SPARK....IF THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR WAS BAD YOU WOULD STILL HAVE SPARK ...IF THE DIST OR COIL WAS BAD YOU WOULD STILL HAVE FUEL GOING THROUGH THE INJECTORS IT JUST WOULDN'T IGNITE.... NO, MY FRIEND...YOU NEED AN ECM OR AS SOME CALL IT A COMPUTER.
