Only fergie knows for sure. I believe it was Rolling Stone magazine where she was interviewed and she said that she would never tell, and she wanted her fans to figure it out. So. you can get all these answers but who knows the real one :)

i don't think she really gets it to be honest, cos theres Tower Bridge in the video. London bridge is in america somewhere after we sold it to some yank who thought he was getting Tower Bridge. When will america learn?!

so her sordid metaphor doesn't work cos shes got the wrong bridge. and its a crap song aswell, which doesnt help her cause.

She's really trying to make it sound like it's not dirty, but of course, it is.
