Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is what Doctors and Health Professionals use to assess whether you are overweight or underweight. According to the National Institute of Health BMI calculator, your BMI Is 24.0 This is the scale that is the accepted scale used by Doctors nationwide BMI Categories: Underweight = <18.5 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater According to the NHI, your are considered of Normal Weight, however these need to be taken with a grain of salt and are not completely accurate. They do not take into account age, or muscle (body composition), ie muscle wears more than fat. I commend you on your recent weight loss and is it very apparent you are making strides in the right direction and I urge you to continue living your healthy lifestlye and not be bogged down by "numbers" Cheers

Ha! Hardly!! That's the weight I was back in my "skinny" days, and I'm 5'4" as well. In fact, you're almost a little underweight for your height. You could stand to even gain about 5 pounds. Enjoy your body- it may never be that thin again! : (

How can you even think you're fat? Just to make sure I went on http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ to check your bmi and it came out as 19.7 which is at the lower end of a healthy weight so you are the perfect wight for your height. No need to worry!

NO, definately not. NOt NO NO! Weight is a small measure of your actual health. The most important thing is that you are happy, you are confident and you are in good health.

Go and calculate your weight usin the BMI. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

Your MBI is 19.7 Normal weight is18.5-24.9 making you completely normal.

Absolutely not, you are perfectly within your BMI (body mass index), which is 19.7, for your height. The normal range for you height/weight is between 18.5 and 24.9. Actually, for your BMI you would want to weigh a bit more. So, that's a healthy weight to be at, and just keep up your eating and exercise routine to maintain it.

Well, honestly, it all depends on your BMI (Body Mass Index).

I just calculated yours, and it's 19.7...

It depends on your age, too. Look up the normal BMI rate for your age somewhere.

(The most accurate tool is a growth chart analysis and body fat test at a doctor's office.)

No way! I'm 5'4" and my weight fluctuates between 107 and 115. Most people say that I look healthier at 115.
