Out of all the board games what would your favourite one be? Mine would be Monopoly, you could play it for hours.

Monopoly too, as a kid we had totoploly (race horse game)
my sister was loosing and riped up my brother new board game Sorry, also liked Ludo and snakes and ladders.
I am good at scrabble as long as I can use swear words.

My current favorite would probably be Power Grid or Railroad Tycoon.
Other possibilities include Ticket to Ride, History of the World, Acquire and For the People.

Finally opened up Carcassonne last week - great game. Family seemed to like it, too. I can't wait to get Settlers of Catan and Ticket to Ride.
Monopoly was fun, but for me it's just become tedious.

Monopoly..got the original version..The Glasgow Celtic 1, and The Corrie 1..
I also love Ludo..love beating my kids..:))

mouse trap was good but i love playing monopoly! i got the new version a little while ago and i cant work out the fact im paying millions for properties like the millenium wheel!

Try Balderdash - it's great fun! You get a word and have to make up meanings for it and then you all vote on which one you believe to be the true answer. You move round the board according to whether you voted correctly or wrote the answer that got votes. Coming up with the definitions is great fun.
