The number of low-skilled migrants from the two ex-Soviet Bloc states due to join the EU on January 1st, will be capped at less than 20,000 a year.
However, an unpredictable number will be free to work here on a self-employed basis and will not require visas.
Does this mean that the criminal classes ie "drug dealers,pimps,gangsters and illegals etc"who deside to come across , dont require visas ether?

I don't know about capped, the government should be knee capped.
If the government are that hell bent on letting immigrants live here, then they should build a nice estate full of tower blocks for the immigrants to live in, in and around Downing street, they'd soon change their tune then.

They won't notice the error of their ways until one day there is an election and the indigenous population suddenly finds that it isn't a majority representative any more in many places because the MPs are all immigrants from immigrant clusters.
Well serve them right when they lose their seats - but they should also have their pensions capped and live on the same amount the rest of us are expected to live on.

I think this country needs to close its borders NOW to any immigrants, illegal or otherwise. We are in danger of losing our natural resources and no one seems to care.
