Okay girls, I have been masturbating for a couple months. The last two or so days, I've had these cramps "down there." I'm pretty sure it's just period cramps because it's that time of month, but I just want to make sure. So, what are ALL the side effects of masturbating for women? Please help!

Oh and, all I do is put my hands down there, with jeans on, and rub a little. I don't stick my fingers up my vagina or anything. But, I do feel pleasure.

No, there are no side effects to masturbating. As a matter of fact, if you masterbate while you have menstral cramps, the orgasmm should help eleviate the cramps.

Sometimes, the orgasmm during masterbationn is so intense that it will give you some cramps, but know that you are fine.

no side effects i think. I found out i can make myself c lymax this way and since i tried it (3 years ago) i don's stop. My BF can't make me cl ymax so i do it myself. The only thing bad a bout it is that the more you do it- the more you want to do it again and again and again, It's good for your body but- suddenly you find yourself thinking about sex more than you normally do as a girl. At least that's what i feel. How do you masturbate? you put your fingers inside or use a dilldo e? if you use your fingers you cang et a yeast infection because your hands are dirty because they have germs on them. IF you use a dilldoe you will become more loose in there. IF you only use your fingers but only run your cl it while doing it- no side effects. At least that's how i do it.

side effects?????? No way it's a stess reliever, there are no side effects (what are you using?) vibrator or dildo, don't get too hot and bothered and stick it too far, make sure your nails are trimmed....Maybe you are just starting your period I wouldn't stress until after you've started just chill for a minute

Orgasm and uterine cramping are very closely related. That is normal. Unless it is severe it is not a cause for concern. if it debilitating pain see your doctor.

no side effects... except maybe chaffing... but that would be excessive - probably just your period on its way. If not see a DR cause its not from the diddling

the greatest side effect of masturbation is that you are not using a man to handle your vagina and thus depriving a man and yourself with the real happiness...

You should make sure your insurance is up to date because you will be needing glasses. Also stock up on some shaving cream and razors because you will need to start shaving the palms of your hands.

Some side affects could be due to depression, anxiety, which can cause physical problems. See your DR. and get a full blood workup.
