Men have a set league and scheduel. I have no knowlege of a womens pro hockey league, and if there is its small and relatively unknown. Women have the worlds and olympics but men have leagues all over the world along with the worlds and olympics.

theres not as much checking..now i LOVE MENS HOCKEY!!! (i play on a boys team)..but i heard women have more skill..and i can understand why..since they are not allowed to check they are going to have to find a way to stop offense players and get around the defense too..without being able to hit..thats where the skills come in. now lol besides that..the pace is a little different..and obviousley boys and girls are different..thats self explanitory. but i think girls can play just as good as boys..oh yes and there is a pro womens hockey league but no one has really ever heard of it..some of the womens olypics players from team canada and america from hockey that i met at hockey camp over the summer, told me that they play on some of those teams.

in men hockey teams there are men, in women hockey teams there are women!
do i need to explain the difference(s) between men and women as well????

I personally think the women's hockey is MUCH better to watch. It is faster paced and there is no fighting and less checking. It follows more of the olympic rules. I do enjoy a good scrap, don't get me wrong, but I think that for the pure sport of it, girls rule!

WOMEN HOCKEY TEAMS ARE MUCH BETTER TO WATCH.
MUCH BETTER TO THAN THE NHL NOW
