Look around for some acting companies geared toward kids! When I was six, my mother enrolled me in an acting group called Kids-N-Company--lo and behold, twelve years later, I still love to perform! I'm sure there are a few kids' theatre groups nearby. Try out for your school's drama club or ask one of your favorite teachers to help you and your class produce a show. Television is a different animal altogether--get some stage experience and get comfortable with it before you pursue professional acting. Best of luck to you!

Hey love. You can join an agency who work to get you jobs. You can also jpin a theatre school, either part time in your evenings after school, or once you move to Secondary School, (and if you're serious about it) you could audition for a junior theatre school such as Italia Conti or Sylvia Young, who teach you academic subjects and classes in theatre, such as singing, acting and many styles of dance. Alternatively, you could stick with evening classes for the moment, and if you're still keen when you're 16, you could go to a theatre school then instead! Good luck!

Just try to get it! i'm sure you're great. I auditioned twice when I was 10 and 11. It's not as bad as it seems at first. once you start auditioning you get the hang of it. But if you don't get a part, the just practice practice practice!

- Join your local amateur theatre group (its good experience)
- look on talentcircle.co.uk / mandy.com (obviously, take a parent with you to auditions)
- see if there is a local acting school, like Stagecoach, near you.
