by NOS do you mean the gasoline additive or do you mean the whole system?

Of course, you just need a sturdy exhaust system with at least a three inch pipe, but i wouldnt recommend it on a used car, NOS could definitely blow off your whole exhaust, and rip out stuff with it (If you install an all new exhaust system, then yea you could)

You can put NOS on any gasoline engine, and you can also run a tube so you can inhale it as laughing gas, since you can't get any dates.

Why would you want to?? Even if you did I could foresee some safety issues depending on the charge you use, the suspension, and the center of gravity.

you can put on any gas vehicle wether or not your engine can handle it is another question i wouldent try it
