Are there any muslim women out there who are not treated as equals by the society they live in, either by other muslims or society as a whole.
How does it make you feel.
Would you like it to change and how can we all make it happen if so

I'm Muslim. I don't have any brother and we are 5 sisters. I'm lucky that I never faced any discrimination. We all are treated equally and we had all the facility that a male gets. We all went to best school, college and university and now are working to build our career. In my country there are some cases of discrimination towards female but it doest depend on religion. More and more females are coming to different education and career. In Islam there is no bindings for women to work and they are treated equally. You can search more information over net.

My neighbors are muslim... i never see the women. i mean, i know they are there, i've seen them in the car, but they never leave without the men. and the men are nice, and say hi to my boyfriend, but if i speak to them they totally ignore me. it's kind of rude... but sorry for answering you're question, since i'm not muslim.
