dont just answer strech i really need help on this on caz in gymn. im with the really little kids and i want ot move up but all i need to learn are the splits and hoe to stand on a handstand

The splits is learned gradually, so you condition you're legs, too fast and you'll hurt yourself. You're going to need help from another person doing a handstand, until you feel the balance.

Some people can not do Splits. Some clothes do not allow you the ablity to do the Splits. Both of these people never bring up, even though they seem obvious but people appearently are not aware.

Some times stretching can make it HARDER to do the Splits for some people. What you may end up doing that way is needing to stretch a couple days before you do the Splits,.. this way your muscles aren't tightened up.

Some people find some ways are easier to do the splits, they do them that way enough and they can get closer to the Splits they want to do.

I don't think I am going to be very helpful so it's probably stupid I am wasteing my points.

I found doing Splits on Ice Skates is easier then normal, but muscles on Ice turns painful the next day.

A good thing to do is let your mind go blank and just drop into gravity but maybe that only works for some people.
