No matter how hard i tried not to my foot started turning in the opposite direction, i wasnt even concious of when it changed - good one.

personaly i prefer the auto-arm
stand agains a wall. and lean with your arm not your body so the only thing keeping you from hitting the wall is the outside of your arm, count to 30+ then move away and relax your arm hey presto, your arm auto-lifts :) lasts for like 1 min

I think the trick is to start drawing the figure 6 from its centre, rather than from the tip of its tail, if you see what I mean...

Wow that is so wierd...my foot just automatically went counterclockwise as I drew the 6! I've actually never heard that double-tasking stunt before. Thanks for the entertainment :)

Wow, it is almost impossible. I sit and think I've got it and discover my finger and my foot are moving the same direction. I wonder if you could train yourself out of that......
