Just be upfront. He was there when it happened!

Wait until breakfast. Be sure to be pleasant and not worried. This will help take a bit of the edge and fear off the whole idea.

Then when he takes a large dring of milk, lay the news on him. Be subtle. Something like: ...by the way honey I'm knocked up...

If you can have a camera ready, take a photo. It'll be worth more than a thousand words. With any luck, he'll shoot the milk straight out of his nose.

So often we forget the simple things in life.

Congradulations on the little one!

Depends on if you had discussed having more children or not. If you both want more, I would say "Remember how we talked about having this many children? Well, the second one will be here sooner than we planned for, but I'm really excited about it and I hope you are too."
If you weren't planning on more, then just tell him as soon as you can without any distractions. I recently found out I was unexpectedly pregnant and we thought we were done. I just came out and told him and he was shocked for about a week, but he came around. If I had kept it from him longer, I don't think he would be as supportive.

Just tell him right away because it is his concern too. You did not do it alone. You will probably be overwhelmed with two very young babies at one time but enjoy them while they are young.

They are a blessing even though we may not see it that why until they have all left home. Good luck

Pffff.... Our daughter was 5 months old when "we" got pregnant again. No big deal. Although you'll be spending a lot on diapers for a while.
