Weather in Zion National Park in January?

It should be fairly cold, and likely snowy. I went once in April, and it was snowing even then, but the other time I went in February and it was sunny, yet cold. Remember that there are many elevation changes in that park, and it may be a decent temperature at a lower elevation, and freezing cold higher in the mountains.
