Ask your attorney, but using your e-mail as a bargaining chip is legitimate to my knowledge. My ex-wife's attorney is known to commonly do much more to get bargaining chips, from videotaping people having affairs to setting them up by paying a woman to go up and talk to them at a bar while being videotaped. Second part varies from state to state. It would be legal and admissible where I live, and you can look it up for MO as easily as I can. In many states, as long as one person (her) consents to the recording, it is legal. In other states, both have to. Sounds like you may want to settle out of court, which is cheapest anyway. But ask your attorney what her recordings and spyings are worth. The court really doesn't care if you call each other names, and if it's a no-fault divorce, the court doesn't care who you slept with in many cases.

There's no way, unless she fesses up to it.

Change your password and your password recovery secrets! Use bogus information for secrets since anyone who knows you will probably know your secrets. If your favorite sports team is the Boston Red Sox, put in Manchester United or some other incorrect answer. If your mother's maiden name was Smith, put in Guggenheim or Fasnacht. Get the picture? But keep a record of these in a safe place. If you forget them, you'll never be able to get back into your account if you forget your password.

I would change your passwords on all your accounts that may have the same password. Just ask her, it's your daughter I'm sure you can figure out if she's lying or not.
