if you do the 20's you could be a flapper- feathers, short skirt, lots of makeup
the 80's - jeans, big hair, beads
90's-baby doll dress, plaid shirts, hawaiin shirts
70's-could be an old 70's rockstar

How about doing some really BIG hair, glossy lips, do some gum smacking and be a Valley Girl from the 80's? Sounds like fun to me!

I am going to an 80s-themed Halloween party, so I'll be dressing as an 80s punk rocker. I think going as Elvis would be neat. Here's a good website that can give you ideas on how to create costumes for different periods: http://www.ehow.com/sublist_2251.html.

How about doing the 80's then. That is a generation that is coming back anyways. Try wearing some black leggings with a sweater dress, or some tight jeans with leg warmers. Make your hair nice and fluffy!!

How about the 20's and 30's, like Bonnie and Clyde. That would be more original. Just do a search on them and see how they were dressed.
