Are your cooking and eating utensils apart of good health?

Question

I've heard that good quality stainless steel cookware and eating utensils are also apart of healthy living, and that plastic cups are not good to keep for more than a few months, has anyone else heard of these things as well and if so what brand of utensils do you suggest?

I have heard of this... i use stainless steel , and i don't like plastic.
