My son has had to change formulas several times and finally the doctor has put him on LactoFree Lipil Concentrate formula but there are no directions on how to prepare it---with the powder there are certain scoops and ouces of water but there is nothing on the labels of the cans. I have tried to look it up on the internet but no help is provided. Thanks

Usually with a liquid concentrate, it's a 50-50 mixure, water to formula.

I know that with Lacto free concentrate from Enfamil that I made I put in 1/2 concentrate and then the other half was water. I don't know if the stuff you have is from the store, or if the doctor gave you some. If this is a doctor sample you should call the doctor and find out how to mix it right.

It's the same as most formula 1 scoop for two ounces of water.
