i love watching movies, going to movies, and buy dvd's. My most recently seen movies were Saw 1 and 2. freaky stuff.

My favourite movie is Empure Strikes Back. I love all the Star Wars films, even the latest 3, but for me Empire stands out of the crowd. It managed to be a sequel without rehashing anything, the effects were outstanding, the pace was perfect, the story was dark and Vader was truly evil, and the ending, the shock of Vader being Luke's father and the cliffhanger with Han on the way to Jabba the Hut, awesome.

The best movie for anybody, (family) is easily The Princess Bride.
A classic fairy tale, with swordplay, giants, an evil prince, a beautiful princess, and yes, some kissing (as read by a kindly grandfather)
being this is halloween. the best horror flick ever with absolutely no blood or gore but still scary is The Changling with George C Scott

I go through phases....I was going to answer with Return of the King, but since its close to Halloween, I've been watching horror movies lately. So right now my favorite movie would have to be Dog Soldiers. I like the blood and gore and the werewolves look pretty cool!

i love watching movies too but I think you and I have different taste...I can't watch those really scary ones...I get nightmares. I did love the "Sixth Sense" though and that was a bit scary...
I saw the Prestige a coupla nights ago and it was too long and had too many twists for me. I like movies with a message most of all. Crash was good. Hustle and Flow was excellent too... I don't know about the ones coming out now...Grudge2 is out...yikes!

oh I love bith Saw1 and 2 it's awesome didn't scare me at all though. I love actually a lot but here are the best ones:

why?
Grudge because it has twists and u never know what's going to happen next with some spookines but not enough to actually scare u.
Secret Window cuz the stroy line is awesome with really good crew and director.
