I say eight if you turn the ones at the side of the suitcase looking in and then two more in the middle section facing down (between the poles for the wheels) Make sure you get all the air out of the ziploc bags first.

an average head weighs 8 lbs, so add that to the width of the head, and I'd say about 8-10 heads.

these guys dont know what there talking about,the answer is 4,they forgot to take into account the amount of cellophane and or plastic trash bags (to prevent spillage/leakage) there will be some room left over enough for a small childs head

i've ayways been able to fit 6 regular ones. if you squeeze them you can get up to 8 and still be able to get the zipper shut....
