40s is about the age range that the dreaded "Midlife Crisis" strikes. So no...not in a million years! LOL!

Age is nothing but a number. Just because he is 40, that does not mean he is grown up or is close to being a man. Its all about the maturity level. You would think he knows by now, but if you ask me, men do not know what they want until they meet that woman and still may only realize it once she is gone. So to answer your question, no.

not necessarily, age doesnt matter...mabey some bad relationships have jaded ur opinion ? do some soul searching......mabey write a list 1-10. 1 being less imporntant 10 being most imporntant,but all of them things u want in a woman....see if this helps.

Not really. There are men out there that think they are still in there 20's. They seems to never grow out of it. Some just don't want to settle down or they don't know how to go about it.
