Who is the guy that does alot of gardening protection with beer,dish soap and amonia? Did a show on PBS.?

Some of the products he uses is tabacco juice, mouth wash,amonia,beer,coke, dish soap and other regular house hold products. There are bug repelents, and green up for the lawn, and prep. for vegtable beds and flower beds.
